1. Collection: Bamboo trees to be collected at least 2 years age, to ensure thin film of cover is high glossy and not shrinked, not worm and not moulds
2. First drying by sun: After fresh cutting bamboo trees, they will be dried by sun

3. Material gather: After drying, bamboo trees to be collected to store in stocks
4. Trunk scrubbing: to remove dust and making more polished
5. Cutting: Straws to be cutted from bamboo trees with length 12-25cm, as customization

6. Both heads Abrasion: after cutting both heads got black due to burned by knife blade, so need to be abraded to make both heads smoother and brighter
7. Scrubbing by water: remove all dusts by high pressure pump and scrubbing tools
8. Second drying by sun: need drying by sun up to seeing no wet

9. Boiling with baking soda: this is important stage, bamboo straws to be boiled at 90-100 degree with baking soda to remove mould/fungus and kill living cytoplasm to ensure that mould/fungus won't be chance come-back.
10. Third drying by sun: after boiling, straws to be dried by sun up to without wet
11. Dried by machine: final stage is drying by machine to remove some final humidity to be ensure straws are quite dried
12. Classify and packing: the straws to be classified as diameter (small 5-7mm, medium 8-11mm, large 12-15mm) then put them into carton boxes for waiting delivery.
13. Engraving Logo: this is special stage to making the addtional value for straws that is engraving logo on straws by laser machine.
